We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

Delivery service

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Delivery cost: £3.99
  • Free delivery on orders over £50
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days
  • Orders will be provided with tracking where available.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, severe weather or other disruptions.

Order processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible after payment has been received.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the contact details provided when placing your order.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, please contact us at:

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant delivery provider where appropriate.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at jake@onetennis.co.uk, ideally with photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your consumer rights.
